Refund Policy

At Vasi Web Institute, we aim to provide clear and fair refund terms for all students enrolling in our computer training programs. Please read this policy before making a payment.

1. General Policy

Course fees are generally non-refundable once classes have commenced and study materials or lab access has been provided. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation request and the course type enrolled.

2. Refund Eligibility

  1. Before batch start: If you cancel before the official batch start date and have not accessed course materials, you may be eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee of up to 10% of the course fee.
  2. Within first 7 days: If you withdraw within the first 7 calendar days of the batch start (and have attended no more than 2 sessions), you may be eligible for a partial refund of up to 50% of the fees paid.
  3. After 7 days: No refund will be issued after 7 days from the batch start date, except in exceptional circumstances at the institute’s discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Registration or admission fees (if separately charged).
  • Course materials, books, or software licenses already issued.
  • Installment plan convenience charges or payment gateway fees.
  • Fees for completed modules or certification exam attempts.

4. Batch Transfer

Instead of a refund, students may request a one-time transfer to another batch of the same course, subject to seat availability. Transfer requests must be made at least 3 days before the next batch start date. No additional fee applies for the first transfer.

5. Institute Cancellation

If Vasi Web Institute cancels a batch due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, students will receive a full refund of fees paid or the option to join the next available batch at no extra cost.

6. How to Request a Refund

Follow these steps to submit a refund request:

  1. Submit a written request via email or in person at the institute office near Khammam Bus Stand.
  2. Include your full name, course name, batch details, payment receipt, and reason for cancellation.
  3. Allow up to 15 working days for review and processing after approval.
  4. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method where possible.
